Post 4 - A SKI STAR
You are standing on the Roc d’Orsay. To the east, you see the Diablerets massif. In a straight line behind it, there is Asia, Korea and Pyeongchang, a ski resort remaining unforgettable for our ski star, a local girl of Villars.
Who is she? Listen to the clues of Paul, the former concierge of the Villars Palace and his granddaughter Anne.

Paul: Ah, now we’ve changed the scenery, we now look at the Diablerets massif. And we are on the most recent pages of the Guestbook.
Do you see the signature here at the bottom of the page, Anne? Even though it’s been washed away, I recognise it. Come on, you guess: her parents are great sportspersons. And she, even as a child, already had a lot of energy. When she was two years old, she had to be stopped from stealing her big brother’s ski boots! That’s how motivated she was. Today, she is an accomplished champion: she has won three World Cups, participated in three Olympic Games, and brought home a medal from Pyeongchang, in Korea…
Anne: Oh yes, that’s too easy, Grandpa! I know your champion too. And I’ve known her for a long time, even before she was a ski cross racer. We used to train together downhill skiing at the Villars ski club!
